Pretty vintage women's Gruen Precision wrist watch circa the 1950s or so. The face is white and marked with Gruen precision and Swiss on the face. Case is marked with 10K GF. Band is black leather, I believe. It is working.

Excellent vintage condition. Typical signs of age, such as small dings to the case and wear to the metal.
