You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, typically 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and payment details.
We will investigate any reported missing refunds and work with you and your financial institution to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to complete our investigation before contacting us again about the same refund.
